You will be a member of a small however cooperative team which serves the clients of BMW Group Slovenia. Your duties will include dealing with the incoming email, phone requests and complaints. You will also have administrative, responding, investigating (in certain, more complex cases and summarizing tasks along with preparing response emails) and summarizing tasks along with preparing response emails.
