Contact Center Operator Slovenian

What will be your duties?

You will be a member of a small however cooperative team which serves the clients of BMW Group Slovenia. Your duties will include dealing with the incoming email, phone requests and complaints. You will also have administrative, responding, investigating (in certain, more complex cases and summarizing tasks along with preparing response emails) and summarizing tasks along with preparing response emails. (We do not deal with direct sales and cold calls!)

Handling incoming questions and requests via phone, email and chat

  • recording and administration
  • gathering further information from the BMW dealer network and competent departments and experts of BMW Group Slovenia
  • preparing and submitting customer information responses

Making outgoing customer service calls, such as

  • Data clarification, customer satisfaction and event-related calls
  • Lead Request handling and Follow-up calls

What do we expect?

  • Be a Slovenian native speaker
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • At least upper secondary education
  • Contact Center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Precision, independence and reliability
  • Good Computer and MS Office skills

Advantages: 

  • Firm knowledge of Virtual Call Center and/or MS Dynamics software
