Key complaint management service

Launch of Lettershop service

New service in the house! The Lettershop branch started with the aim of dealing with mass incoming and outgoing mail traffic, recording mail orders, product return management & administration and sending marketing messages personalised on a daily basis via post.


Lead Qualification developments

We updated the previously created lead qualification process for BMW Group Hungary. This solution, which assesses the incoming inquiries based on a matrix built on six different types of data, has become a regional best practice.

Print finishing included in our portfolio

By joining the campaigns of the the Hungarian Coin Issuer, we've been managing the print finishing, personalisation and delivery of the marketing materials created for their clients.


Data management tasks

We created the updated version of BMW Group Hungary's Internal Data Management Handbook, which we've been continually refreshing since then. This helped to standardize the work and make it easier for everybody affected by this field.


5 years anniversary

We celebrated our 5th birthday at Doblo Wine bar together with our clients. Live music, quiz games and exceptional wines elevated the experience even higher. Happy birthday to us!


B2B Lead generation

In collaboration with our parter, Effektív-art, we led a B2B telemarketing campaign for 3M Hungary for the first time. It proved to be a successful start, this has been an ongoing collaboration since then. (Lead generation with reserach WhitePaper)


Up in the clouds

We switched to a cloud-based solution in our Call Center. With this we increased the flexibility, reliability and efficiency of our telephone marketing activities.


Pitch win

We won the  partner assignment of BMW Group Hungary again on a regional pitch for another 3+2 years.


The advent of GDPR

By expanding our data management competence we elaborated a full scale data management service package ranging from GDPR auditing to executing DPO taks.


Going regional

We extended our customer service and direct marketing activities to the Czech, Slovakian, Slovenian and Romanian market, so our team grew and turned international as well.
