Cafeteria package

Besides your salary, after your period of probation is over, we provide a cafeteria plan package as well and you can pick from different no-tax, lowered-tax or full-tax benefits according to your preference. These include cultural or sport event tickets, vaccination and epidemiological screening, nursery and kindergarten services and hospitality/catering/leisure card balance top-ups.

You say, OK, but I still like to receive good ol’ money instead? We hear you; you can have the tax-reduced part of the cafeteria budget on your bank account too!

Yearly bonus

At the end of your probationary period, we will set goals together for the year, and this will form the base of your performance evaluation, which is one of the main factors in determining the amount of your yearly bonus. The other factors are the company’s overall business performance, and the profitability of those projects you are working. The bonuses are usually fall between 50-80% of the monthly salary, and we hand out this bonus in December before the Christmas period every year.

Additionally, if you hit the 5- and 10-year marks at Crome, you will receive further bonuses tailored to you, as well as extra days off!

Home office

Our work from home policy allows you to work from home. Exceptions are Mondays and Fridays, when office work is mandatory, because most meetings with the teams are held on these days. Why don’t we go all-in on remote work? Because we provide high-quality, complex services, requiring high quality, complex communication and our experience shows that however great digital collaboration and communication tools are, face-to-face discussions and frequent social interactions lead to better results and team chemistry.

Referral bonus

We have a Bring Your Friend program in place, so in case we fill a position with someone who is referred by you, then you receive a one-time referral bonus as soon as this friend of yours passed the probationary period. Helping a friend, your company and hear the cha-ching as the bonus arrives to your bank account: a win-win-win situation.

Public bike pass

To help you commute easily and healthily to work, Crome buys you a yearly pass for MOL Bubi, the public bike sharing service of Budapest. With more than 1500 bicycles easily accessible on more than 160 stations around the city and with the first 30 minutes of the ride is covered by the pass, it is a practical and pocket friendly way to get from A to B in Budapest, day and night.

Blood donation day-off

At Crome we encourage everyone to actively support community goals. This led us to rewarding blood donating colleagues with an extra day off.
