Our managing director has a Business Informatics degree as well as a Data protection officer (DPO) qualification. Peter has over a decade of experience in the field of CRM database management. Besides dealing with the company's duties, he still participates in the strategic coordination of professional and IT tasks concerning CRM databases and systems.

Business Process Manager

When he worked at the Sarkkert as bartender manager, Bence already had the objective of providing with his team the best possible experience for the customers. His goal did not change significantly when he became Team Leader at the Skype email customer service team. Bence became the member of our team in 2011, and he used to be responsible for ensuring that the Contact Center he managed works in the most effective way. Since April 2020, he fills our new Business Process Manager position, so now his responsibility is to develop processes, design, create and further develop systems within the company.

Nikolett graduated as a Cultural Manager, then she found a position in customer service, she even worked as an HR expert in Angola.
She's been handling daily to-do list of the Lettershop. She manages not just the outgoing and incoming mail traffic, handling of big value goods, administration of all processes independently and precisely, but besides these she supports company operations in the fields of HR and office management too.

Adél joined the Crome team as HR Coordinator. She graduated as Public Administration Organiser from the National University of Public Service. After obtaining her degree, she wanted to discover the world, and settled as a stewardess. HR was appealing to her because she thoroughly enjoys teamwork and coordinating people. She is a passionate yoga fan.

Since 2019, Gina takes care of the smooth operation of our office and she makes sure that the essential coffee supply is provided. She previously worked at the reception of MOL headquarters and at HP Hungary. She is not only a kind and pleasant person, but her supportive work is a great help for our team.

An economist and integrated marketing communications professional with over 15 years of experience. He has significant expertise in planning and coordinating both national and regional projects. Over his career, he has worked on numerous award-winning Hungarian and international projects. He is specialized in automated marketing, content optimisation of CRM tools and traditional PR. Laci joined our team in the autumn of 2023 as the leader of the CRM Account team. In his free time, he reads a lot, is gaming and is also quite a good singer.

Ádám seems to dedicate himself to CRM and marketing for good after he got his Aircraft technician and Historian degree. Even before the foundation of Crome in 2010 he had already been involved in customer service and CRM coordination within the automotive industry. Currently Adam deals with CRM strategy and process development as well as direct marketing campaign planning and coordination. Besides that, he is the data management and data protection expert within the company, as - similarly to Peter - he also got a Data protection officer (DPO) qualification.

Senior Account Manager

Tamás got his degree in International Trade, in International Marketing specialization. He already absorbed knowledge as a customer relationship manager at Publicis then Mediátor Group.  He also gained a great deal of marketing management expertise in the fields of car industry, banking, FMCG and property before he joined us in the beginning of 2017. As an account manager of Crome, Tamás plans and manages CRM and DM campaigns. His strength lies in conceptual thinking, he's especially good at inspiring clients with proactive, creative ideas.

After obtaining her degree in communications and media studies, Judit worked in several advertising positions: she was a marketing assistant, a marketing manager, and an account executive at companies with varied profiles. She has acquired experience in copyrighting, online marketing, as well as event organisation. At our company, she is responsible for CRM tasks relating to our biggest client’s Central European market.

Virág gained her professional experience at telecommunication, IT and financial companies, working in the fields of sales support, campaign management, CRM and online projects. Besides client management, she is also responsible for Crome marketing processes. She is a fan of long-distance walks: her first route was no other than El Camino, and last time, she undertook to take the Tour de Mont Blanc.

Dávid, a colourful character in our team, had helped customers in distress via the helpline of an insurance company before starting to work for us. Besides work, he is studying psychology, because in addition to simply being interested in this field, he would like to utilise what he learns there in customer communication as well. He has more and more opportunities for this, as he utilizes his excellent customer communication skills in a new position as a CRM Account Manager from June 2023.

Gábor gained experience in many fields of the IT sector before he joined us in September 2019. He worked as project manager, supervised IT systems in contact centers, and provided IT support as well. In our team he is responsible for database and technical project management. His hobby is not far from IT either, centred upon computer games: he is an obsessed gamer, he owns one of the most popular Hungarian YouTube channel in this theme.

Jenő has joined our Database team in April 2020 and despite the home-office situation caused by COVID-19, he has integrated into the team very rapidly. He has an expansive knowledge of IT: previously he worked as a computer scientist at Red Cross, and he was responsible for management, development and system administration tasks too. At Crome, in addition to the development tasks, he also deals with database management. He is passionate about motorcycling, and he is a fan and happy representative of the “bearded, cruiser, kind-hearted, rocker Santa Claus style”.

Miki became part of our team only a few weeks after moving to Hungary from Kolozsvár in the summer of 2019. First he worked as a Customer Complaint Operator at Crome, and then, thanks to his IT education, he successfully applied for the Junior Database Manager position that opened up at the company; since April 2020 he holds this position in our team.

Evelin obtained an IT degree in Marosvásárhely, then after graduating she took her first job in our database team. She and her fellow student won a data visualisation contest in the category of data cleaning and visualisation with their entry entitled “Knowledge-based data cleaning and data visuality”. She is a fan of motorbikes: as a freshly licensed driver, her next goal is to purchase her own chopper or cruiser.

Andi is strengthening our team as a Contact Center Manager; thanks to her 10-year long customer service experience she knows her field inside out. She started her career as an operator, then, before arriving to our company, she climbed the ladder from being a Product Specialist to becoming a Supervisor. In her view, delivering a premium quality customer service requires not only full commitment, inner drive and dedication, but a lot of passion as well.

Gergő became a team member at Crome at the end of July 2019. He studied sociology at ELTE (Eötvös Loránd University), then went on to spend 10 years at UPC, first as costumer relations manager, then as a trainer. He is a gifted lecturer with a passion for teaching and he is only content when he sees sparkling eyes and enthusiastic faces at the end of his trainings. We could even tune Crome’s clocks to him, as he is obsessed with mechanical clocks and he even collects them.

Máté joined to our team in the autumn of 2018, to handle complaint cases. Later, he continued the work with us as Product Specialist, then 2 years later he has been entrusted to fill the Customer Operation Specialist & Product Specialist position. In this role, he already supports the work of the Contact Center team by his product specialist’s tasks: he planning processes to ensure that all of our staff have everything they need to complete the roles we have set for them.

Marci has been leading the Hungarian team of our customer services since the end of 2022. He has worked in various customer services areas and positions since 2009. He has experience working in startup and multinational companies. He ended his foreign adventures because he felt nostalgia for his home, and that it was time to start a family. It seems he made a good decision, as he found us, and became the father of a wonderful little boy since.

Raluca used to work for Vodafone in Romania, and later at Telekom Romania in the field of communication after completing her university studies. Then - thanks to her spirit of adventure - she moved to Switzerland and lived there for one and a half year, making a break from the profession. She coordinates the work processes as the lead operator of the Romanian team, and also does priority customer support work.

Kriszti has spent more than ten years working in client communication, two of which exclusively in customer service. Moreover, she has lived in Germany for nine years where she mastered the German language, so the leadership of our German customer service team is in good hands with her. Besides, our team has just got richer with another art lover, not of music, this time, but of fine arts, as Kriszti is a painting enthusiast.

Bianka joined the Crome team with many years of experience in customer service. Her customer-oriented mindset and helpfulness ensure us client satisfaction. Her helpfulness manifests in other areas as well: together with her mother, she organises fund-raising events every year, and they deliver the sum to those in need themselves. She values innovation and adaptation to the future but wants to keep hold of everything that is working.

Réka joined us in 2016 as an already experienced Contact Center specialist and she managed the resolution of the complaint cases professionally and always on time. As a result from March 2022 she utilizes her expertise as the coordinator and training specialist of the complaint handling group, taking responsibility for the training of the entire Hungarian customer service team as well.

Questions regarding the car industry are a well-known territory for Timi, as she came to us from Porsche Hungary during the summer of 2019. Her communicative and cheerful disposition lightens our days, and it is also a great tool to handle complaints as an operator.

Szandra has been working for Crome since February 2023 as the complaint handling operator of the Hungarian customer services team. She gained a lot of experience at the customer services of PlayStation. Regina has joined our team in January 2020, in the spirit of the new year - new life. Previously, she worked as a team leader in the hospitality industry for 8 years, but she wanted to make a change and experience a completely different field. She considered it essential to continue to deal with people, that’s why customer service turned out to be an ideal choice for her. While during her working hours she helps clients with important information and product support, in her free time she impresses the audience with her singing skills.

Matic studied media communications in Slovenia, but he wanted to try his skills in a big city in a foreign country, so he chose us as his first workplace. His top interests include cars, which defined the choice of the company he wanted to work for. He is a real world-traveller: he has been to the Canary Islands, where he learned to surf; he spent one month in Melbourne exploring the city’s lifestyle, and between the two places he visited many other big cities, including London, Amsterdam, and Doha.

Krisztián came to our contact centre team from Telekom Hungary, where he had worked in the outgoing collection department, then also conducted creditworthiness assessments. He enjoys developing websites, and he is obsessed with electric scooters; he chooses this means of transportation whenever possible. When it comes to music, he is all about metal he listens to this genre in unlimited amounts.

Having spent 14 years in Germany, Susanne decided to resettle in Hungary and continue her career in customer service. She is a true nature lover; she spends time outdoors whenever she can. She is very interested in Eastern cultures, so she is doing an eastern languages and cultures program at university, and studies Korean. Her love of languages is also apparent from the fact that she likes translating film series from English to Hungarian.

In his free time, besides trying to spend as much time as possible with his two children, he also consciously invests time in self-development. In addition to his interest in business books, he is one of the biggest Hungarian fans of Tamás Frei.

As of the summer of 2022, Dóri has been in charge of our Lettershop branch. Some of her tasks include handling the postal traffic, as well as managing and administering the purchase orders and the return goods of one of our distinguished clients. Being a postmaster for 4 years, her professional background guaranteed that she was going to be perfect for this position. Besides letters, she is also fond of books and a fan of reading; she has successfully took the Reading Challenge many times.
