What will be your duties? 

You will be a member of a small however cooperative team which serves the clients of BMW Group Austria. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming leads, executing outgoing calls and additionally performing administrative tasks as well. 

  • Handling incoming leads 
  • Receiving and handling incoming e-mails 
  • Executing outgoing phone calls 
  • Back-office and administration tasks, including data cleaning, merging 
  • Managing other outbound telephone calls and campaigns
