What will be your duties?

You will be a member of a small however cooperative team that serves the clients of BMW Group Hungary.
Your duties will include dealing with the incoming email and phone requests, inquiries and complaints. You will also have administrative, responding, investigating and summarizing tasks along with preparing response emails.

Furthermore, you are going to also take part in general customer relationship and outgoing call campaigns. (We do not deal with direct sales and cold calls!)

Handling incoming questions and requests via phone, email and chat

  • recording and administration
  • gathering further information from the BMW dealer network and competent departments and experts of BMW Group Hungary
  • preparing and submitting customer information responses
  • maintenance and development of the relevant knowledge base and templates
  • accurate management of the status of ongoing cases

Making outgoing customer service calls, such as

  • Data clarification, customer satisfaction and event-related calls
  • Lead Request handling and Follow-up calls

  • During onboarding you will participle in a 1 month side by side training which will take you to the world of BMW and give deep insight to our campaigns, processes. What do we expect?

Our expectations:

  • At least upper secondary education
  • English language skills - level B2
  • Contact Center experience
  • Good communication skills
  • High precision, independence and reliability are advantages
  • Have good Computer and MS Office skills

Advantages:

  • experience in automotive or other customer service
  • possessing a firm knowledge of Virtual Call Center and/or MS Dynamics software
