Lead Contact Center Operator Romanian

What will be your duties?

You will be a member of a small however cooperative team which serves the clients of BMW Group Romania. Your responsibilities will include supervising and resource management for this small team, as well as being involved in customer service tasks.

Supervisor tasks

  • Workforce management (holiday planning, schedule management, daily workforce distribution)
  • Managing, maintaining and reporting of regular outgoing call campaigns
  • Strong supervision and management of the Advanced Complaint Handling process
  • Creating, updating our internal process descritptions
  • Mentoring New hire and Cross trainings
  • Evaluating outgoing and incoming calls and emails, quality management
  • Reporting

Operator tasks

  •  Handling incomming questions and requests via phone and email
    • recording and administration
    • gathering further information from the BMW dealer network and BMW Romania’s competent department and experts.
    • preparing and submitting replies
  • Making outgoing customer service calls, such as
    • Data clarification, customer satisfaction and event-related calls
    • Lead Request handling and Follow-up calls

Our expectations

  • Native Romanian language skills, both written and oral
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • At least upper secondary education
  • At least 1,5-2 years Contact Center experience
  • Leadership experience and strong people management skills

 Nice-to-have

  • Hungarian Language knowledge
  • Knowledge of Virtual Call Center, MS Dynamics software
  • Automotive experience
